New Beginnings - Kea Retreat

New Beginnings

MY RETREAT

New Beginnings welcomes you to the gentle unfolding of spring—a season filled with renewal and opportunities for growth. Set in the serene landscapes of Kea, this retreat offers a nurturing sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, and creative practices, all designed to rejuvenate and inspire. Here, amidst the natural beauty, you will find the space to reflect deeply, foster love, and build trust within yourself and with others.

As the days lengthen and nature bursts forth in vibrant life, we invite you to embrace this season of fresh starts and new possibilities. Join us on a journey to recalibrate our spirit, deepen connections with our inner voice, and rediscover the joy of being present in a community that values heartfelt presence and genuine relationships.

Start your day centered and energized with Traditional Hatha Yoga, Conscious Vinyasa, and Yang to Yin practices. Each session includes Pranayama and meditation techniques to enhance your focus, balance, and inner calm as you embrace the day ahead.

Conclude your day with practices that cultivate serenity and restoration. Our evenings feature Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, all carefully chosen to promote deep relaxation and inner peace.

Special offerings

Aligned with the Mayan calendar, this ceremony invites forgiveness and renewal. An opportunity to release past burdens into the flames, letting go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for what we seek to cultivate in our lives.

In this hands-on session, each participant will craft a unique ceramic piece that reflects their personal journey. These individual creations will come together to form a collective circle, symbolizing the unity of hands, heart, earth, art, and community at our retreat.

A heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, where we’ll share in the ancient tradition of drinking ceremonial cacao to foster connection, set intention, and re-awaken a sense of gratitude through various somatic practices.

Relax and reconnect during our Foot Bath Purification Practice. This soothing ritual uses Ayurvedic practices, herbal infusions and salts to cleanse and rejuvenate, grounding you in the nurturing energy of the earth while providing a moment of peaceful reflection.

Konstantina Kosma

Your teacher

Konstantina’s Greek heritage has instilled in her a lifelong interest in the connection between science, arts, spirituality, the Earth, and the body. Her early career as a university lecturer brought significant growth but ultimately led to burnout, which marked the start of her journey into healing and self-study. Since 2015, she has been deeply committed to exploring lineage-based ancient teachings, integrating practices such as traditional yoga, regenerative herbalism, and feminine and ancestral healing.

Her path led her to dedicated study with Ceremonial Cacao, and in 2023, she received initiation and permission from indigenous Maya spiritual leaders in Guatemala to share this sacred practice with her community. Konstantina values the integrity of lineage-based practices, honoring the teachings passed to her from her mentors, and strives to empower others with the same respect and authenticity.

Through her work, Konstantina envisions communities reconnecting to health and self-mastery, fostering harmony with their natural rhythms, the land, and their ancestral roots. She believes in our capacity to lead joyful, fulfilling lives by embracing practices that nurture a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
