New Beginnings - Kea Retreat

New Beginnings

MY RETREAT

Join us at "New Beginnings," a retreat where spring’s gentle unfolding invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and each other. Nestled in nature’s embrace, we’ll move through grounding practices like yoga, meditation, creative movement, and breathwork, allowing us to witness and honor our personal growth alongside the earth’s renewal. In this nurturing space, we’ll find peace in simply being, deepening our connection with the season’s rhythms and with our own inner voice.

This retreat offers a time to refresh and recalibrate, exploring moments of quiet reflection and gathering in circle with others. "New Beginnings" is a sanctuary for embracing what’s ready to blossom within us, where the beauty of spring mirrors our own potential for growth and self-discovery. Together, we’ll find joy in this journey, supported by nature’s unfolding and by a community that celebrates the beauty of simply being present.

Traditional Hatha Yoga, Conscious Vinyasa, Yang to Yin (all practices include Pranayama and meditation techniques)

Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Embodiment & Somatic Practices, Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing

Special offerings

Themed around forgiveness and aligned with the energy of the Mayan Calendar, together we’ll release past burdens into the flames. An opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for renewal and what we seek to cultivate more of in our lives.

Each participant will create a small, meaningful piece that embodies their unique essence or "medicine." Together, these personal creations will form a beautiful circle, symbolizing the retreat’s core elements: hands, heart, earth, art, and community.

A heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, where we’ll share in the ancient tradition of drinking ceremonial cacao to foster connection, set intention, and re-awaken a sense of gratitude.

Indulge in a soothing Foot Bath Purification Practice, a ritual rooted in Ayurveda, Western herbalism, and indigenous traditions. With herbal infusions and salts, this relaxing experience invites you to cleanse, ground, and release, connecting with the earth’s nurturing energy as you soak and unwind.

Konstantina Kosma

Your teacher

Konstantina’s Greek heritage has instilled in her a lifelong interest in the connection between science, arts, spirituality, the Earth, and the body. Her early career as a university lecturer brought significant growth but ultimately led to burnout, which marked the start of her journey into healing and self-study. Since 2015, she has been deeply committed to exploring lineage-based ancient teachings, integrating practices such as traditional yoga, regenerative herbalism, and feminine and ancestral healing.

Her path led her to dedicated study with Ceremonial Cacao, and in 2023, she received initiation and permission from indigenous Maya spiritual leaders in Guatemala to share this sacred practice with her community. Konstantina values the integrity of lineage-based practices, honoring the teachings passed to her from her mentors, and strives to empower others with the same respect and authenticity.

Through her work, Konstantina envisions communities reconnecting to health and self-mastery, fostering harmony with their natural rhythms, the land, and their ancestral roots. She believes in our capacity to lead joyful, fulfilling lives by embracing practices that nurture a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
